1 ripe banana

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

*Substitute coffee cream for Silk pumpkin spice milk alternative or Silk maple flavour milk alternative… these are super yummy milk alternatives and tastes so good!!!
Note: The longer you leave the tea bag in the richer the tea tastes! Also: This tea tastes amazing on its own or with just maple syrup.
