1 banana
1-2 TBSP peanut butter
1/4 cup greek vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1 TBSP honey
1 tps cinnamon
1 TBSP ground flax
Ice and a splash of water
Mix all into a blender and enjoy!

1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon A pinch of nutmeg
A handful of ice cubes
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
PRO TIP: Garnish with a gingerbread cookie!

1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Ice cubes
Dairy Free- Egg Free Variation:
1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional for sweetness) Ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

✨2 scoops of Nutriplus vanilla protein powder (gives 20 g of protein)
1 frozen banana
1/2 C Greek vanilla yogurt
1-2 TBSP salted caramel peanut butter
2 tsp ground flax seeds
1 /2 C oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon Add some ice and a bit of water then blend!
Top with whip cream, sea salt caramel chocolate sauce and sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!!!
