Amy's Weightloss Journey

Hi friends 👋

 A couple of months ago, I hit my peak weight of 145-148 lbs, and I knew I needed to make some changes. Fast forward to today—I’m down to 133 lbs (sometimes 131!) and feeling so much better. My goal is to reach 125 lbs consistently, which is where I know I can finally slip my wedding rings back on, and I’m so motivated to get there! 💍💖 

Down from 145lbs to 131lbs

 Incorporating these products into my daily routine has been a total game-changer. 


The meal replacement shakes keep me full and help curb cravings while providing all the nutrition my body needs.

✨2 scoops of Nutriplus protein powder (chocolate or vanilla gives 20 g of protein)   


✨1 scoop of Nutriplus Collagen booster (adds extra 10g of protein!)   


1 banana 

1-2 TBSP peanut butter 

1/4 cup greek vanilla yogurt  

1/4 cup almond milk  

1 TBSP honey 

1 tps cinnamon 

1 TBSP ground flax    

Ice and a splash of water 

Mix all into a blender and enjoy!

1 cup almond milk 

1 ripe banana 

2 tablespoons almond butter 

1 tablespoon molasses 

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon A pinch of nutmeg 

A handful of ice cubes  


 Blend until smooth and creamy.  


Pour into a glass and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top for extra flavor.


PRO TIP: Garnish with a gingerbread cookie!

 1 cup hot chocolate (cooled to room temperature)  


1 frozen banana  

1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (adjust to taste) 

 1 cup ice cubes 

  

Whipped cream for topping  Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Dairy Free- Egg Free Variation:

1 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk) 

1 ripe banana 

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional for sweetness) Ice cubes

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!

Amy’s Famous Cinnabon Oat Milk Dessert Steamer

 1 Cup of Oat milk 

1 TBSP Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup   

Steam in steamer   

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and add some whipcream if you’d like an extra tasty treat!

Amy’s Favourite Bengal Spice Dessert Tea

Ingredients

Bengal Spice tea  

Maple Syrup Coffee Cream*


Directions

Boil water  

Drop tea bag in your favourite coffee/ tea mug 

1-2 TBSP maple syrup  

1-2 TBSP coffee cream*  

Pour water in cup, let steep and drink!   

PRO TIP: top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon!  


 *Substitute coffee cream for Silk pumpkin spice milk alternative or Silk maple flavour milk alternative… these are super yummy milk alternatives and tastes so good!!!  

Note: The longer you leave the tea bag in the richer the tea tastes!   Also: This tea tastes amazing on its own or with just maple syrup.   

This tastes like a yummy dessert!!!!   This dessert tea is LIFE!
