I love nature and going for walks. I can watch birds all day long and I feel the most at home, the most grounded and most connected when I am in the forest. While I do love to watch waves and feel their power rolling through the ocean and, yes, I love to stick my feet in the river or in the sand, I don’t actually love to swim. I’d rather be on the waters edge, meditating and connecting to the elements around me.
I continue to study mindfulness in my spare moments and have received many certificates of completion in and around this topic. I find mindfulness and the power of a healthy mindset truly fascinating and I have a strong desire to practice it in my daily living as much as I can. While I don't have a clinical or coaching practice where I take on clients for this, I infuse it into my daily living and inspire others to live a life they are connected with and are happy to be in.
As well, I have always understood the power of meditation and I do try to practice it daily. I regularly study the practice of meditation and I enjoy sharing the concept with others and encouraging them to try it for themselves. It is such a game changer for the mind, body and spirit!
