One thing I try to do as a way of showing gratitude for the blessings I receive in my life is to give back to my community and organizations that mean a lot to me. I enjoy both hosting events and giving my time to help out at events to help raise money and awareness for local organizations.

Everyone loves a teddy bear - no matter what the age. "Teddy Bears for Northwood" is the first of its kind in Canada - where teddy bears will be donated to a population that many forget - our seniors.
The Northwood Community reaches over 7500 Nova Scotians everyday who need special, loving care.
Please help my team and I by donating a teddy, or money, to help support the many programs at Northwood that give people purpose and a sense of hope - the best gifts of all.
